NORWALK, Conn. - Pasquale Chieffalo of Norwalk died July 1. He was 81.
Chieffalo was born March 19, 1933, to Antonio and Concetta ( Curcio) Chieffalo in Nicastro, Italy. He came to Norwalk in 1950 and began working for the Howe Furniture Corporation until his retirement in 1990. He was married to Norina Morgitano.
Chieffalo is survived by his sister, Concetta Serra; sons, Dr. Anthony Chieffalo (Kelly) of Pomfret, Franco Chieffalo (Jo-Ann) of Norwalk and Pasquale Chieffalo, Jr. (Melissa) of Norwalk; nine grandchildren; many nephews, nieces; cousins; and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; and brothers, Francesco and Antonio.
Calling hours are Sunday, July 6 from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, July 7 at St Philip Church, 25 France St., Norwalk. Entombment will follow at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave., Norwalk.
