NORWALK, Conn. – Nancy Segore-Freshman, 59, wife of Steven Freshman of Norwalk, died on Monday, Feb. 9 at Norwalk Hospital.
Born on Sept. 30, 1955, in Albany, New York, Nancy was the daughter of the late Anton and Edith Bellin Segore. She was a prominent attorney for more than 30 years in Fairfield County. She was very active with a number of charitable organizations and served as president of the board of directors for both Kids in Crisis and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
In addition to her husband Steven, she is survived by her two sons, Daniel Freshman and his wife, Leah Brown of Norwalk; and Benjamin Freshman of Norwalk; her daughter, Arielle Hall and her husband, Ian, of Norwalk; and a brother in Albany, New York.
Burial took place Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Beth El Memorial Park.
