Michael T. Rodriguez, 48, Of Norwalk, Self Employed Plumbing Contractor

NORWALK, Conn. - Michael Thomas Rodriguez of Norwalk died Sept. 2. He was 48.

Rodriguez was born Sept. 2, 1965, in Bronx, N.Y., son to Thomas and Natalia Lugo Rodriguez. He was a self-employed plumbing contractor.

Rodriguez is survived by his sons, Michael Rodriguez of Easton and Rayshaun Rodriguez of Norwalk; daughters, Mariah Rodriguez of Easton and Sharday Samuel-Labady of Norwalk; brother, Robert Rodriguez of East Hartford; sisters, Mayra Zuaznabar of Puerto Rico and Madeline Rodriguez of Bridgeport; many nieces and nephews; and his former wife, Almita Rodriguez. He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Thomas Rodriguez; and sister, Marjorie Rodriguez.

Calling hours are Sunday, Sept. 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. in Norwalk’s Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 85 South Main St. Norwalk. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Norwalk.
