NORWALK, Conn. – Mazie Abraham Moore, 70, died Wednesday, Feb. 25.
She was born Nov. 9, 1944, in Holly Hill, S.C., to Stanley and Julia Capers Abraham. She was a licensed beautician serving the Norwalk community for many years.
She is survived by her daughters, Ethel Moore and Julia Moore; her sons Andra Moore, Martin Moore, Larry Allen Moore and Jeffrey Moore; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Betty Bookhart , and her husband, Jerry; and one brother Thomas Abraham and his wife, Esther.
Visitation will be Saturday, from 10-11 a.m., followed by a service of remembrance at 11 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 126 Newtown Ave., Norwalk.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Services are being handled by Downer Funeral Home.
