Popp was born April 13, 1953, in Stamford, daughter of Francis J. and Rose D’Agostino Popp and had lived in Danbury for more than 30 years. She worked for several years at the Norwalk Hospital and then the Danbury Hospital where she had been a multi-technician.
Popp is survived by her brother, Francis Popp of Westchester, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews; aunts, uncles; and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; and brother Robert Popp.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave., Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
Donations in Popp’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a local animal shelter.
