Marjorie Noyd Just, 86, Of Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. - Marjorie Noyd Just, of Norwalk and a former longtime resident of Darien, died Thursday, May 8. She was 86.

Just was born March 26, 1927, in Stamford, daughter of Oscar Siegfeld and Gertrude Ellen Farrelly Noyd. She graduated from Darien High School in 1944. She worked as a receptionist at Pitney Bowes and was a parishioner of St. John R.C. Church. She volunteered for the American Red Cross.

Just is survived by children, Kevin Just of Norwalk; Brian Just (Carol) of North Branford; Kathleen Schroeder (Robert) of Naugatuck; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; and brother, Oscar S. Noyd, Jr.

Calling hours are Sunday, May 12 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, May 13 at 11a.m. at St. John R.C. Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, Darien.
