RONKONKOMA, N.Y. - Marianne S. Catalanello of Ronkonkoma, formerly of Norwalk, died Oct. 4. She was 82.
Catalanello was born March 4, 1931, in Ridgewood, daughter of Emanual and Pauline Gallo.
Catalanello is survived by her nieces and nephews, Salvatore and Rose Gambino, Eleanora Gambino, Paula and Al Patanella, Nina and Al Salanitro, Gina Molinelli (James), Paula Gallo, Carole Gallo and Lisa and Fred Miers, Diane Catalanello of Florida; and sister-in-law, Adele Gallo; and several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Michael J Catalanello; and daughter, Margherite Catalanello; sister, Antonina Gambino (Dr. Benedict); and brother, Frank V. Gallo.
Calling hours are Monday, Oct. 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8 at St Jerome's Church, 23 Half Mile Road, Norwalk. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
