Born in Norwalk to the Dolores Lee Brown and the late John T. Brown, Jr., she had been a longtime resident of Stamford. Kim was a 1983 graduate of Westhill High School and a 1987 graduate of Hampton University. She was also and a graduate of Iona College with a Masters in Business Administration
Kim was a member of the Fairfield County Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta sorority. She was employed as a sales trainer for more than 20 years with Cablevision. She was a former member of Union Baptist Church and Faith Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 at Faith Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, 29 Grove St., Stamford with Dr. Tommie Jackson, pastor, officiating. Interment will be private.
Friends are invited to the viewing from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at the church. The Fairfield County Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta will perform their funeral rites 10 a.m.. Morton's Mortuary is handling arrangements.
