GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Joyce H. Roberto, formerly of Norwalk, passed peacefully after a short illness Sunday, Dec. 28, in Greenville, S.C.
The wife of John N. Roberto, she lived in Connecticut for over 70 years, working as an RN and raising three daughters. She was very active in St. Paul’s on the Green, Frank C. Godfrey Unit 12 Auxiliary, the Norwalk Hospital Thrift Shop and many other personal volunteer activities.
She is survived by two daughters, Florence Grace Roberto of Greenville, S.C.; Karen Cowley of Simsbury, Conn.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband and her daughter Deborah R. Berko.
