NORWALK, Conn. – John Milliken Adams, 59, of Norwalk, died Friday, April 3.
He was a son of the late Raymond and Betty Jane Adams.
He was a longtime resident of Norwalk, who grew up in Rowayton, and graduated from Brien McMahon High School.
He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. He worked as a project manager at MCI and later Verizon Business in various locations in Fairfield County and New York City for nearly 20 years before retiring to Florida.
He took an avid interest in the great outdoors, his children’s school engagements and his dog, Dana.
He is survived by his daughter, Sara Adams; son Eric Adams and former wife Greta Adams;
He is also survived by his sister, Nancy Adams; and brothers Robin and David Adams.
He was predeceased by his brother, Raymond Adams.
Visiting hours for the public will be held Friday, April 10, from 4-7 p.m. at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. Services are private.
