MONCKS CORNER, S.C. - Freddie Rodriguez, Sr., former resident of Stamford/Norwalk, died Sept. 23. He was 66.
Rodriguez attended Stamford High and spent most of his career at Clairol until he retired to Moncks Corner. He was a member of NHRA.
Rodriguez is survived by his wife, Gi Grabowski; children, Fred Jr. (April), Steven (Marty), Amy (Patrick), and Peter; seven grandchildren; and brother, Joey (Lynn).
Calling hours are Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. Services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Rodriguez may be made to the National Kidney foundation.
