FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Frances G. White, of Fairfield and a former resident of Stamford and Norwalk, died Saturday, May 18. She was 86.
White was born April 5, 1927, in Stamford to John and Bertha Twardy Guzek. She retired from Fairfield County Savings Bank in 1993.
White is survived by her daughters, Deborah E. White (Ted) Luchsinger of Fairfield, Susan Gaffney (Brian) of Rowayton, Pamela Gardner (Frank) of Midway, Ky.; sister, Barbara Crutchley (Henry) of Stamford; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, John H. White; and sister, Helen Poole.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 24 at The Basilica of St. John the Evangelist RC Church, 279 Atlantic St., Stamford. Interment is private.
