Luciani was born April 27, 1930, in Capestrano, Italy, daughter of Luigi and Bambina DiFiore. She wa a tailor and last worked for Best Ever in New Canaan.
Luciani is survived by her sons, Frank Luciani (Deirdre) and Claudio Luciani both of Norwalk; daughter, Maria Thomasson (Michael) of Norwalk; brother, Ezio of Italy; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Pasquale Luciani of Norwalk.
Calling hours are Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 4 to 8 p.m. in Norwalk’s Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. in St. Matthew’s Church. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Norwalk.
