Ella Anne Arruzza, 92, Of Norwalk, Lead Technician, Microphase Corp.

ANSONIA, Conn. - Ella Anne Arruzza of Ansonia and a former resident of Stamford, died Tuesday, Aug. 27. She was 92.

Arruzza was born March 20, 1921, in Stamford, to Andrew and Barbara Bodnar Ranhosky. She worked for 15 years with Microphase Corp. of Riverside/Norwalk as a senior electronics fabricator and lead technician. She ended her career as a seamstress in 1983 working with women fashions at Lord & Taylor.

Arruzza is survived by her sons, David M. Arruzza (Nancy) of Ansonia, Richard C. Arruzza (Carmen) of Stamford; four grandchildren;and a great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Ralph D. Arruzza.

Calling hours are Tuesday, Sept. 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, CT 06902. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 4 at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien at 11 a.m
