NORWALK, Conn. - Elizabeth "Libby" Regan, 94, the widow of Robert Regan and a lifelong Norwalk resident, died Saturday, Jan. 10.
Born July 16, 1920, in Norwalk, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Pauline Wilkens.
Survivors include two daughters, Gail Stevens of Norwalk and Patricia Regan of Valencia, Calif.; one son, Tim Regan of Westerly, R.I.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Carl and Garheart, preceded her in death.
Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home, Norwalk, handled the arrangements.
Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Norwalk Senior Center, 11 Allen Road, Norwalk, CT 06851.
