Daughter of the late Ronald and Janet Hunyor LaMadeleine, she was born October 14, 1959 in Norwalk, Connecticut. Darlene worked as a bus driver for the Wappingers Central School District. She was a volunteer at MidHudson Regional Hospital. Darlene enjoyed crafting and cooking. She loved her dogs, Molly and Ruby. Most importantly, she will be remembered for fiercely loving her children.
Survivors include her children, Ryan Cleary of Beacon, Brandon Cleary and his wife, Anna of Gig Harbor, Washington, Caitlin Cleary of Maybrook and Chris Cleary of Beacon; her sister, Barbie Dowden of East Hartford; as well as her grandchildren, Jessa and Janna Cleary.
She was predeceased by her brother, Ronald LaMadeleine.
A memorial service will be held in September.
