Constantin Serassis, 88, of Norwalk, Retired Nash Engineering Employee

NORWALK, Conn. - Constantin Serassis of Norwalk died March 20. He was 88.

Serassis was born Dec. 25, 1926, in Komnina Kozani, Greece. He was the son of Anatoli Lycopoulo and Stavros Serassis. He attended public schools, and trade school at a very young age. He moved to Norwalk and retired from Nash Engineering. He was active at St. George Church, where he also began the first Boy Scout Troop.

Serassis is survived by his son, Steve Serasis; two grandchildren; a niece; and brother, Pavlos. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Isidora “Lola” Serassis; four brothers; and a sister.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 24 at 10 a.m. in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 238 West Rocks Road, Norwalk. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Ave., Norwalk.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
