NORWALK, Conn. - Clara Garrington, recently of Milford and formerly of Norwalk, died Sunday, March 3. She was 90.
Garrington was born May 26, 1922, in Birmingham, England. She was the daughter of William and Lillian Slimm Postings.
Garrington is survived by her children, Janet Sparks (James) of Milford and John Garrington of Fort Worth, Texas; and five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, four sisters, three brothers and many nieces and nephews, all of whom are in England. She was predeceased by her husband Frederick; a brother and a daughter-in-law, Kathy Garrington.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 6, at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
