Miller was born July 17, 1952, in Norwalk; son of Joseph Miller and Eleanor (Kulich) Miller. He worked as a roofer and carpenter and owned Miller Roofing. He was a lifelong resident of Norwalk.
Miller is survived by his wife, Blaga (Zafirovski) Miller; children, Nicole Miller, Gina Miller and Amanda Miller; four grandchildren; sister, Joyce LaRochelle of Stamford, N.Y.; cousins; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents.
Services held will be private.
