Born in Berlin, N.H., and raised in Jay, Maine, she was the daughter of Amedee and Leonie (St. Pierre) Maurais. An active member of St. Matthew Church in Norwalk, she worked as financial secretary for more than 23 years and was also a longtime member of the church choir and of New Horizons.
She was a former member of the Columbiettes and especially enjoyed participating in the shows they put on, as well as traveling to Europe and to the Holy Land on church trips.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, William F. Kelley, their children, Patrick (Michele) Kelley of Silver Spring, Md.; Paul (Becky) Kelley of Buckeye, Ariz.; and Maryann (Jennifer) Kelley of Allentown, Pa.; five grandchildren; and five siblings.
She was predeceased by four siblings.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at St. Matthew Church, Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue in Norwalk. Memorial donations may be made to St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave., Norwalk, CT 06850.
