No arrests were made at the rally, although four protesters were ejected from the William H. Pitt Center by Trump security, police told the Fairfield Citizen. No problems were reported at an anti-Trump rally held outside the campus, the Citizen said.

The police department is negotiating the final security costs with the campaign but said the prepayment was very close to the actual amount, the Citizen said. Police and firefighters were on campus from about 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Saturday.

The air-conditioning was not working properly and about five people were overcome by heat and taken out on stretchers, the Fairfield Citizen said.
