Thunderstorms Could Produce Gusty Winds, Hail In Norwalk

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Increasing clouds in Fairfield County will lead to rain and possible thunderstorms and hail in the afternoon on Wednesday.

Storms that could produce small hail and gusty winds will move through the area, mainly after 4 p.m. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent with a high near 63 degrees.

Clouds and windy conditions will prevail on Thursday with much cooler temperatures. Highs will only be in the low 50s with wind gusts up to 28 mph.

Sun will return for Friday through the weekend with temperatures in the mid-to-high 50s.
