NORWALK, Conn. -- Residents will need to learn a new traffic pattern beginning Monday when the City of Norwalk reverses traffic patterns on Haviland and Elizabeth streets.
The new traffic pattern on Haviland Street will be one-way traffic flow from Water Street to South Main Street. The new traffic pattern on Elizabeth Street will be one-way traffic flow from South Main Street to Water Street.
Norwalk Police and Norwalk Public Works Department employees will be on-site Monday to assist motorists with the changes.
