Obama Defends Country's Credit Rating

President Barack Obama delivered a speech Monday defending the nation's credit rating, which recently was downgraded by Standard & Poor's. “Markets will rise and fall," the president said, "but this is the United States of America. No matter what some agency may say, we’ve always been and always will be a triple-A country.”
