Bergsteinsson, a board-certified behavior analyst, has lived in Connecticut since 1997. He earned a degree in applied behavior analysis from Western Michigan University, and has worked in the field of developmental disabilities since 1992.

We welcome his specialized background in working with adults who have autism, and look forward to providing the best possible services to our clients and their families.”
Bergsteinsson has been involved in educational and private behavioral consulting, chaired programmatic review panels, conducted workshops, and developed a software program for behavior data collection and analysis, according to a press release.
“STAR is a terrific organization and I am happy to be working with such a great group of colleagues, clients and new friends,” Bergsteinsson said in a press release. “I am enjoying this opportunity to share my experience and benefit the wonderful people we serve every day.”
