NORWALK, Conn. A suspect description has been developed in the case of an April shooting and Norwalk Police hope that someone out there will know who the suspect is, as they think they can show what kind of car the man was driving.
A thin black man, aged 18-20 years old, who was driving a grey 4 door Nissan Altima, is suspected of shooting Patrick Priest, 29, at about 3:30 a.m. April 30 on West Cedar Street, according to Det. David Orr.
Priest parked his car in the parking lot of the former Colonial Village Community Center and was shot several times just after exiting his vehicle. Police responding to the report of multiple shots fired found Priest lying face down next to his car. He appeared to have been shot in the head and was bleeding from that area. Police later discovered he had been shot multiple times throughout his body.
Priest survived the attack and is still recovering from the several gunshot wounds that he sustained.
Orr said the suspect was wearing a black crew neck sweatshirt, black fitted ball cap, and blue jeans. He was driving a 2002-2006 model Nissan Altima, as shown in the photo above.
Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is asked to contact Orr via his direct line, 203-854-3190, or the Norwalk Police Detective Bureau at 203-854-3011.
