Norwalk Mayor Declares Snow Emergency

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling Has declared a snow emergency for Norwalk, effective at 8 p.m. tonight.

Residents are being urged to limit travel as much as possible during the storm, and to make sure vehicles are free of snow and ice before driving.
