Norwalk Mayor, Common Council To Be Sworn In

NORWALK, Conn. -- Mayor Harry Rilling and Town Clerk Richard McQuaid will take part in a swearing-in ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Norwalk City Hall.

McQuaid will be sworn in by his wife, Alice McQuaid followed by Rilling taking the oath administered by Gov. Dannel Malloy.

That same evening, the new common council will be sworn in at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers in Norwalk City Hall.
