NORWALK, Conn. A Norwalk man was arrested early Sunday for pushing his brother's ex-girlfriend to the floor in a Norwalk club, Norwalk Police say. Christian Garcia, 23, of 10 Grove St. was charged with assault third degree and criminal attempt.
Police say Garcia's brother wanted to dance with his ex-girlfriend at Club 141, located at 136 Main St., where she works as a waitress. The woman said no. Garcia argued with the woman because he didn't like the way she was treating his brother, according to police. He threw a punch and she ducked. He then pushed her and she fell down, police say.
