NORWALK, Conn. Two Norwalk men with a baggie full of 22 rocks of suspected crack cocaine were arrested Monday evening during a motor vehicle stop, police reported. Isaac Fuller, 28, of 115 Dewitt St. and Scott Latoris, 31 of 100 San Vincenzo Place were charged with illegal possession near a school, possession of narcotics and sale/possession within distance of a school. Bond for each was $50,000.
Special Services officers pulled the men over at 7:01 p.m. at the corner of Water and Haviland Streets, Sgt. Lisa Cotto said. She said they had been speeding on Quintard Avenue and that the car windows were too darkly tinted to see inside. Police say the bag of 22 individually wrapped cocaine rocks was in plain sight on the center console. They said there was also an open bottle of Seagram's gin and a plastic drinking cup with a straw next to bottle on the passenger seat. The two were arrested without incident.

? Robert Vega, 19, of Stratford was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with sale/possession of marijuana within distance of a school, illegal possession near a school and breach of peace. Bond was $10,000.
Police on patrol near 161 Main St. recognized Vega and got out to chat with him, Sgt. Lisa Cotto said. She said Vega got very agitated and irritated and that his conversation with the officers was so loud residents came out to see what was going on. Police said he had 10 ziplock baggies of marijuana on him and admitted that he had been smoking.
