Norwalk Authorities Left To Clean Up After Abandoned Boats

NORWALK, Conn. -- Abandoned boats at Shore Pointe Marina are causing headaches for Norwalk authorities after one of the boats started leaking fuel as it sunk in the water Wednesday, according to The Hour.

Norwalk Marine Police are trying to track down owners of the boats while firefighters work to contain the spill. Five boats were left in the marina, located at 1 Selleck St., after the marina closed Nov. 15, The Hour says.

Two sailboats sunk in December in the marina, The Hour reports.
