Murder Suspect Pleads Guilty To 2012 Drive-By Shooting In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. -- A man accused of killing one man and paralyzing another in Norwalk in 2012 pleaded guilty to murder and first-degree assault in court on Wednesday, according to thehour.com.

Kyle Freitag, 23, admitted to taking part in the drive-by shooting on Fort Point Street that killed Dajon Johnson and paralyzed Bancroft Dailey, the Hour said. Freitag, who faced up to 80 years in prison if he went to trial, took the deal on the advice of the judge, the Hour said.

Freitag's suspected accomplice, Terrence Baxter, 24, is expected to go to trial on murder charges, thehour.com said.
