FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. - Metro-North trains will begin running from Stamford to New York City again on Thursday morning, Gov. Dannel Malloy said at a press conference on Thursday.
Trains will begin running from Fairfield County to Grand Central Station on Thursday.

The service between Stamford and New York will be limited to roughly half of normal weekday service, Malloy said.
