FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Riders on Metro-North's New Haven Line can expect train delays of five to 10 minutes early Thursday evening, long before they get back to Fairfield County, the railroad announced on its website.
Northbound trains were slowed by speed restrictions in the Bronx, N.Y., Metro-North said.
