NORWALK, Conn., -- High winds and driving rain caused power outages and damages throughout Fairfield County Wednesday.

Among the toll of destruction was a scoreboard behind Norwalk City Hall that sustained heavy damage after high winds twisted it around.

As of Thursday afternoon 67 of Eversource's customers in Norwalk were still without power.
