Four Suspected Drug Dealers Arrested in Norwalk

When Norwalk police stopped Justin Underhill’s car Wednesday evening and he opened the door, a visible plume of smoke came out. Officers said there was so much condensation on the windows they couldn't see through them.

Underhill’s Nissan Altima was one of two cars stopped by police in separate incidents that evening, both leading to narcotics arrests.

Underhill, 23, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with conspiracy, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, three counts of illegal manufacture, distribution, sale and possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $100,000. Jennifer Gray, 18, of Westport was charged with three counts of illegal manufacture, distribution and sale; possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, illegal possession near a school, possession of paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, and criminal trespass. Bond was $20,000.

Stamford residents Micheal Sette, 22, and Willian Fuscaldo, 17, were arrested early Thursday in the second incident and charged with illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana and conspiracy. Bond for each was $10,000.

Police were lead to the Altima by a Belle Avenue resident who called at 9:41 p.m. Wednesday to report a suspicious vehicle. They found the car on Ponus Avenue. Inside was 7.7 grams of marijuana and 33.27 grams of cocaine, the police report said.

Underhill was also arrested in November after he allowed police into his house, where they say they found 31 grams of suspected cocaine and $5,700 in cash in a safe.

Fuscaldo was stopped by Norwalk Police at 1:29 a.m. Thursday on I-95, near exit 15, after allegedly failing to use a turn signal. Nomak, a canine officer, indicated the presence of drugs. Police say there were two large sealed plastic bags of marijuana and one small ziplock bag.
