CTTransit Delays Start Of Norwalk Bus Routes Until 7 A.M. Friday

STAMFORD, Conn.. -- CTTransit service in Stamford will delay the start of operations on Friday, Jan. 3, until 7 a.m., at which time road and traffic conditions due to the winter storm can be evaluated, the commuter bus service said on its website. This delay of service affects local, express, and I-BUS services.

Stamford Commuter Connection bus service will run on a reduced schedule on Friday because Metro-North is running on a reduced Saturday schedule.

When service begins operations, customers should anticipate possible delays and detours on some routes depending on road conditions.

CTTRANSIT bus routes serve Greenwich, Stamford, Darien and Norwalk as well as Port Chester, N.Y., and I-Bus Service to White Plains, N.Y.
