South Norwalk Branch Library Offers Holiday Activities For Kids

NORWALK, Conn. -- The following holiday activities are planned at the South Norwalk Branch Library, 10 Washington St.

  • Friday, Dec. 27 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

All Ages
Board Games and Table Top Crafts
Children of all ages are welcome to visit between 1:30 - 3:30 p,m, to help us make holiday decorations for the library. While there, children may chose from our many board games to play.

  • Saturday, Dec. 28 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

All Ages
Making Holiday Treats - Gingerbread Houses
Children of all ages are welcome to visit anytime between 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. to build real candy-filled gingerbread houses. Each child is asked to bring a small or large milk carton to be used for this craft. All other supplies will be provided.

  • Tuesday, Dec. 31 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.

All Ages
New Year's Eve Party
Children of all ages are invited to ring in the New Year at the South Norwalk Library from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. with a party and crafts. Come play freeze dance and create your own crazy hats and noise makers! We will end the party by bringing down the Time Square ball piñata. Please arrive early to find parking.
