East Norwalk residents love their friendly neighborhood, so much so that someone made it officially colorful with a mysterious art project. A crosswalk has been painted with pastel colors, turning the white stripes into something resembling a rainbow. The Fourth Street intersection with Gregory Boulevard has sported its new look for weeks.
Workers just down the street at Niks Place don't know who did it, and neither did pedestrians traveling done the road. But they all agreed it was nice.
Although the colors appear pale and uneven, they have weathered several rainstorms and appear to be determined to stay.
Do you know who painted the crosswalk? Comment below.
