Norwalk's Family & Children's Agency Receives $15,000 Grant

NORWALK, Conn. --Representatives of First County Bank, Richard Zaremski, senior vice president, and John Dowling, assistant vice president, presented a $15,000 check on June 24 to Family & Children’s Agency (FCA).

First County Bank has been a longtime supporter of FCA and most recently was a sponsor for FCA’s annual benefit, RE-IMAGINE 2015, held May 30.

“We are grateful to First County Bank for their generous donation to FCA,” said Robert F. Cashel, president and CEO of FCA. “First County Bank’s continued support of FCA demonstrates their commitment to strengthening the lives of families throughout Fairfield County.”

Zaremski has been on FCA’s Board of Directors for four years and was recently awarded the Family Champion Award through the Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies (CCFSA). He has been instrumental in guiding First County Bank’s efforts to support regional businesses and nonprofits, and has provided hours of financial expertise to FCA’s executive team.
