NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk-Village Green Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is collecting items for Homes for the Brave.
Homes for the Brave, is a transitional living facility in Bridgeport that has served more than 690 homeless male veterans and non-veterans. Each year the Norwalk-Village Green Chapter DAR collects goods for veterans or active members of the military, representatives said, and this year donations are being collected during the first two weeks of December and delivered to Homes for the Brave prior to Christmas.
