Norwalk Transit District Administrator Honored After 38 Years Of Service

NORWALK, Conn. -- Louis Schulman, administrator of the Norwalk Transit District was recently inducted into the North East Passenger Transportation Association (NEPTA) Hall of Fame.

Schulman was honored in a ceremony Thursday, Dec. 4, at the Biltmore Hotel in Providence, R.I.  

Schulman, who has served for 38 years at the head of the Transit District in Norwalk, is retiring Jan. 2.

The Norwalk Transit District is a public agency that provides public transit service including bus, rail shuttle, and door-to-door services throughout southwestern Connecticut.
