Norwalk Library Cuts Late Fees In Half With Toy Donation

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Public Library will cut all late fees in half during the month of December for any patron who donates a new, unwrapped toy.

Donated toys will go to Person to Person, which provides emergency assistance to needy families in Norwalk and the neighboring towns of Wilton, Westport and Weston.

The half price fine and fee amnesty starts Dec. 2. 

The library is at 1 Belden Ave.
