NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Public Library is celebrating Hispanic History Month with a display about Honduras by Darien resident Gil Rodriguez.
The exhibit focuses on the Marie Poussepin Center in Guaimaca, a school that provides education to girls who live in rural areas of Honduras.
Gil Rodriguez's daughter, Helen, has been teaching math, science and music at the school since January.
The exhibit features handcrafted items made by Helen Rodriguez's students as well as other items.
