Norwalk Company Collects Kids Shoes For Cameroon Tennis Academy

NORWALK, Conn. -- Gently used children’s shoes and sneakers are being collected in Norwalk for those in need in Africa.

For those out shopping for new school sneakers and shoes for the family, consider donating old, gently worn footwear that no longer fit to Oyebog Tennis Academy (OTA) in Cameroon, Africa via TFI Envision's sneaker and shoe drive. 

TFI Envision, a marketing and design agency, will be accepting donations of children’s footwear for kids four to 18 years old, at their office in Norwalk, 111 Westport Ave., on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Founded in 1999, OTA offers the children of Cameroon free tennis instruction, and eventually they can earn sports scholarships to universities in the United States. For more information about OTA visit this link.
