Rowayton Arts Center

NORWALK, Conn. – Eight artists have been voted into the Rowayton Arts Center as exhibiting members, according to a statement. Each submitted three works for review by the Artist Selection Committee, which meets in January, May and September. There were 17 applicants.

The new exhibitors are, from left, standing: Mell Boesch of Norwalk, a monotype artist; Paul Fernandez-Carol of Norwalk, a pen and ink artist; Mary Elizabeth Peterson of Westport, who works in mixed media; and Holly Griffith of Stamford, who works in acrylic and charcoal. From left, sitting, are Susan Brady of Norwalk, an oil painter; Elizabeth Nagle of New Canaan, a mixed media artist; and Yuko Ike of Darien, who works with ink.

Cynthia Mazzaferro of Cheshire, a colored pencil artist, was not present for the photo.
