Rowayton, a section of Norwalk, has about 4,000 residents, who enjoy the convenient pizza places and ice-cream spots.
The magazine also gives a shout-out to the Norwalk Inn on the Norwalk River as a place to stay, even though it's a 10-minute drive from Rowayton.
