When Punxsutawney Phil, the most famous groundhog in the world, surfaced in February, he announced that there would only be six weeks left of winter. It appears that he lied, but not for the first time.

And many aren't happy about it. According to a CNN report, an Ohio prosecutor has filed filed a criminal "indictment" against Phil, arguing that the groundhog intentionally misled the country.

But is it really Phil's fault that it snowed on the first day of spring across the county?

According to the report, it's all a big joke both to the prosecutor and Phil's handlers in Pennsylvania. But the fact still remains, it's cold and forecasts say it will snow on Monday.

So we ask, where did Spring go?
