NY Times Rates Rincón Taqueria in Norwalk As 'Good'

NORWALK, Conn. -- Finding a hidden restaurant gem is no difficult task if you've ever passed by Rincón Taqueria, which offers generous portions at affordable prices, according to the New York Times.

With Mexican-style decor and a chile display case, Rincón Taqueria in Norwalk offers a one-page menu and a comfortable environment for its patrons. Dishes available include authentic Mexican dishes like chilaquiles, tacos, empanadas, huevos rancheros and more, according to the New York Times.

Maria Munoz del Castillo, whos owns the restaurant with her fiance, Matthew Pesce, grew up with restaurant experience from her parents, who owned Bistro du Soleil in Norwalk, which is now closed, according to the New York Times.

Rincón Taqueria is located at 493 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk. The restaurant is open Mondays through Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and is closed on Sundays. For more information, call (203) 354-7313.
