“There are drinks that have withstood the test of time, and I wanted to take these drinks and make them more dynamic,” says Henry Rosenbaum, beverage director and co-owner. "And with cocktails, the possibilities for new combinations are limitless. While making infused simple syrups or experimenting with homemade bitters in your cocktail is amazing, just a few small simple tweaks can reinvent your favorite classics."
The new cocktail menu includes House Barrel-Aged "Phony" Negroni, which is made with St. George's Dry Rye Gin, Contratto white vermouth, Campari, and orange twist up; as well as French 75, made with sparkling wine, St. Germain, St. George's Dry Rye gin, lemon juice and simple syrup; and Oaxaca Mule, made with Fidencio Mexcal, Montenegro amaro, ginger beer, lime juice and orange bitters.
